"I would like to recommend Paula Maak to anyone looking for a real estate agent who has your best interest at heart. We first met Paula when we called regarding one of her listings. We talked and explained what type of home we were looking for (at the time we thought we wanted an older private residence) and the areas we were interested in. She did not try to push any of her own listings, and spent considerable time with us. In all we spent five or six days looking at over two dozen homes in person, as well as reviewing dozens of listings she sent to us by e-mail. After all that, we decided we wanted to look at condos. No problem, Paula simply switched gears, and we spent another two or three weekends looking at condos, both in person, as well as e-mails. Paula was with us every single time we looked at either single-family homes, or condos, always making us feel that she was interested in us and making sure we picked the correct one. There was never any pressure, and she was very patient and optimistic with my wife and me. When asked, she gave us a honest and frank opinion about the property we were viewing. We finally found what we were looking for, and Paula helped to find home inspection services, attorneys for closing, as well as getting us the information on the utility companies, etc. We started with a real estate agent, and ended up with a friend."
